PediPocket Return Policy:
A refund of the purchase price will be issued in the original form of payment within 30 days of receiving the product. The PediPocket must be returned in its original and unused condition along with all packaging in order to receive a refund. A return shipping label will be provided via email and the shipping cost will be deducted from the return amount. If a promotion was received and only a portion of the order is returned the average price of the PediPocket with the promotion will be the return amount. Gift packaging is non refundable. Items purchased during a FLASH SALE are not eligible for a return. Clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange, no exceptions.
Lila Bee's Boutique Return Policy:
A full refund will be issued in the original form of payment within 14 days of receiving the product. The item must be returned in its original condition, unused, unworn, and unwashed with the tags and original packaging in order receive a refund. A return shipping label will be provided via email and the shipping cost will be deducted from the return amount. If a promotion was received and only a portion of the order is returned the average price of the item with the promotion will be the return amount.
Exchange Policy:
No exchanges will be accepted for items sold through Lila Bee's Boutique. If a size exchange is needed, a refund will be issued for the item that does not fit if it meets all of the above requirements for a return, the guest can then repurchase the correct size in a separate order.
