Shipping Policy
Currently we ship within the US only. All orders are shipped via USP within 3 business days of your order being placed. Please allow 3-10 business days for delivery. We make every attempt to deliver your product as fast as possible but we cannot guarantee delivery time. To ensure that you receive your order when you need it, please plan accordingly. During the holidays, please place your order at least one week prior to ensure timely delivery due to increased parcels and potential weather delays.
Overseas military orders to APO or FPO addresses will be sent by Priority Mail at no additional charge. You may choose standard shipping when you checkout. Thank you for your service to our country!
Required Signature
Deliveries to residential addresses typically do not require a signature, however, in the event that one is required and no one is available to sign, a note will be left noting the attempted delivery. After three attempt to deliver, the package will be returned to PediPocket.
Note: International customers are responsible for any customs fees or duties due upon receipt.
